Welcome to the University of Kentucky SVA. The SVA serves the student veteran community by working with the Veterans Resource Center, Veterans Resource Team and Student Government in order to facilitate the needs of non-traditional students. Here are just a few reasons why UK is the best-
* KY In-state Tuition Rates for Eligible Veterans - The University of Kentucky offers eligible Post 9/11 GI Bill education beneficiaries resident tuition rates for those who enroll as a non-resident. This benefit is exclusive to veterans and dependents who are utilizing the Post9/11 GI Bill.
* Military Transcript evaluation and accreditation - Our Veterans Resource Center will review your military transcripts and award you credit for all ACE credit. Many courses you completed in the Armed Forces will count towards your course work and electives. Unlike most universities there is no limitation on awarded credit. This greatly expedites your graduation!
